Legendary (His Absence)
By asailorsangel
She is wandering again
In and out of the passages
Of lost dreams and empty hopes
Legendary with his absence
Her soul filling with a somber
Stillness as her feet quietly
Shuffle through the desolate space
Legendary with his absence
Unanchored she saunters instinctively
Through the doors of apprehensions
And feverishly turns the locks
Legendary with his absence
Entering a room she can hear
The buzzing of the meaningless beliefs
And flickering of hopelessness
Legendary with his absence

In life people think they are great, in the afterlife, they would still think they are great. That is what I got from this poem. Yay!

The problem with silence is that every small sound and thought echoes until you know nothing else.
