Haiku Heavy (1)

A gentle whisper 
oozing out of the night sky 
sleep safely my friend 

cool touch against warm
wet mouths open eagerly 
validate me please

Open slow and soft 
gentle heat encapsulates 
a sad person’s heart 

waxing and waning 
a gentle reminder to
stop caring so much
