Smile

By Zeppy94

I'd fight every demon in your head just to see you smile.

Your carrying a heavy burden of pain & guilt. So I know it's been a while.

Temptation on top of suicidal ideation.

In your bed you toss and turn. You turn and you toss.

Your thoughts are screaming and racing and now your pacing, cause of the innocents you loss.

So when I start doing something good. Your looking for an alternative motive. It's me you start to question.

So I just ask you to judge me for me.

This is true compassion, not like the ones of your past. You know possession and sick obsession.

Baby girl tell me what I must do to make you smile.
