The Sorrowful Jester
By Sorrowful Jester
"The Sorrowful Jester"
Born to make people laugh
From now on, more effort will be required on your behalf
Ignore feelings
Make limericks
Synthesize more funny rhymes
Wipe the tears before anyone sees them
Hide your sad face
Wear your pefectly crafted vizard
Do not worry though
If anyone notices the tears on your face, just laugh apace
Pretend they're tears of laughter, tears that aren't bitter
Patch everything up with a joke like it was an epithem
You're the Jester after all
You're good at it
Never forget it
Hide what's left of you, and smile
If only they could cross the aisle
If only they could solve the puzzle
You mustn't let them find the child
You cannot allow them to enter your fortress in solitude
You shouldn't forget the last time you smiled
Immutable expression makes for an immaculate deception
I know who you are!

I really enjoyed his piece. "Hide what's left of you, and smile," this seems to be something I do often.
