In Mists I was Torn

By Tagen

Forever dawning, I was yawning,
And thought of thee, though I wast torn.
And I ever, though I never hated my cross, though all the more,
"I bleed,
So feed
My winter."

Your disease
Has left me shivering by the cold wasteland of eternal deceit.
And when blessed by burden's shore,
I wept for you and loved you all the more.
