Past Sinew & Sanity

Past Sinew & Sanity
3-5-14

A turrent of thoughts
a vicious cycle
rolling around
creeping/seeping through my pores

A series of thoughts
play by worse than a Wes Craven film

Clawing myself apart at the seams
if only to hold myself together

Wishing for an answer
hoping for a friend
knowing no one could understand

Mirrors the true emeny
no desire to see the monster
that I've become

Tearing apart layer after layer
to see if It'll make me any saner
I know I've fallen deep inside
I no longer want to hide
the mess I've become deep inside

Grating my nails down to the bone
all I'll be shown is the slow decay
as I watch day by day
while I slowly slip away

Tore myself apart
to find the angel inside
only to find the demon
that i tried to hide
