Bloody and torn.
I am in my head,
not a care in the world.
No feeling but dread.
Feeling of fear coming up, 
creeping in my head.
Pills are on the floor
water by my bed.
Nurses with needles.
Doctors galore.
Welcome to the Asylum
where everything is in your head
