Fat Ally.... really?

By Mirror Mirror

I'm a bit unsure how I feel when I see people with thin privileges speaking for fat people.

Weight is something I've battled for a long time, and now I've finally found something that works for me. To be shamed for it is just absolute bullshit. You don't know our story, you only hear bits and pieces of it; you've never lived it. Lecturing us for making changes for whatever reason, while you're thin yourself, comes off as pretentious.

I agree that those unconcerned people shouldn't act as if they knew what we go through, but you're better off ignoring them. Stay strong, and welcome to DP. Much love.
