wish upon the stars

As I wish upon,
these stars so bright,
I wish you could be here,
here with me tonight,
and if you were here,
it would just be so right,
we could laugh and dance,
under this moonlight,
with the waves for our music,
and our hearts for a guide,
I could hold you in my arms,
and I wouldnt have to hide,
how I truly feel for you.
I could hold you by the arm,
and kiss your precious lips,
with the moonlight on our faces,
and the tide at our hips,
we could be together,
ignoring yesterday and tommorow,
and we could love each other,
with out pain or any sorrow,
we could lay together,
stretched out on the sand,
and it would be euphoria,
just to hold your hand,
we could stare up at the sky,
and try to find mars,
but no this is just my,
wish upon the stars.
