Orange Moons + Machines
By raspberry89
I
think that I’ve gone crazy, mindless.
I’ve lost sight of myself, i am spineless.
I know no controls, I cannot empathize.
A soul that's long been sold and a heart desensitized.
Blood flows through me cold, my pulse mechanized.
Anger's a thousandfold and every second emphasized.

It is quite a pity, but yet, pulling it out of ourselves to express such emotion often creates a great piece. Good job. I can definitely relate.

This is an absolutely fabulous title for a poem...I came here expecting something much different. I'd like to see a poem about orange moons and machines, what a fascinating concept it could be!

The robot who had no heart but wracked by pain, with only the desire to regain what it lost. The poem portrays your struggle vividly, and sadly.
