Orange Moons + Machines

By raspberry89

I think that I’ve gone crazy, mindless.
I’ve lost sight of myself, i am spineless.
I know no controls, I cannot empathize.
A soul that's long been sold and a heart desensitized.
Blood flows through me cold, my pulse mechanized.
Anger's a thousandfold and every second emphasized.

  • A former member wrote: This is an absolutely fabulous title for a poem...I came here expecting something much different. I'd like to see a poem about orange moons and machines, what a fascinating concept it could be!

  • A former member wrote: that sounds so pretty but so sad at the same time

  • A former member wrote: The robot who had no heart but wracked by pain, with only the desire to regain what it lost. The poem portrays your struggle vividly, and sadly.
