brought upon by the fuel
of God’s creation.

it’s warmth, bars foreboding
and the fiery sunset,
calms the horizon
for which we seek.

the dance
of fuel and fire,
born upon the heart,
lays thine ember.

for to seek the breath
of God’s will,
rekindles thine love
