Mare Cognitum

By Dianas_Eclipse

You’re a dark sea crater puzzle piece of my lunar heart

Carved past my surface with sudden, explosive force

Startling in your depth

Revealing shadowed caverns of rocky ice holding me

Apart

Together

Breaking and fixing me at once as you

Turn me into your canvas
