I met a girl...

By DavidVale

I met a girl the other day
And she met me right back
Our laughter took the hours away
And never gave them back

She was passion, life and grace
Who made me beat once more
She was strength in warm embrace
Who shook me to the core

I met a girl the other day
With such a pretty smile
Who held my hand in summer rays
And made my life worthwhile

Your rhyme and rhythm is perfectly on time. I'm impressed by you . You sorta lingered in the background. you need to read others and explore the community so they can come back to you and discover this. you are worth reading,..=).. Scholar
