The Mirror That I See

By horrorchantenshi

I look in the mirror and what do I see?
A red burning demon staring at me.

Is this what I get? I only killed 3.
I killed all of them but will they kill me?
My head was caught up treated like shit
My heart was destroyed had enough of it

My mom and my dad and my brother as well
I slit all their throats and sent them to HELL
They abused me all day, morning and night
But next time around I put up a fight

With one left bare hand and a knife in the right
Emptied their blood during the night

I looked there again and what did I see?
A black grinning face smiling at me.
My hand grabs the sink I don't want to fall
I look to the left for a surprise near the wall

My mother stood there brother and dad
And what's worst of all? They're incredibly mad.
The mirror explodes and blood pours out
I'm covered with darkness no room to shout

The ground starts to shake and swallow me whole
Spits out the gross body and sucks on the soul
Into the dungeons of HELL do I fall
Thousands of souls with my name that they call

I stop falling down there's a gun at my head
A pop of the trigger and finally I'm dead

I look in the mirror and what do I see?
Is clear and empty with no sign of me...

I like this reflection poem. A few bumps in the flow, but it was dark and fanciful. Love it. Thanks for posting!
