Her Beauty

By AllenTaylor

And her beauty has been seen
In the twinkling of the stars
Beckoning the sun
And her beauty has been seen
In the glistening flowing stream
Leading to where the river runs
Yet this girl is searching
Searching for the one
The one who will bring it all back
To open up her heart again
To ignore all the things she lacks

Yes her beauty has been seen
In the illumination of this world
And this beauty is made flesh
In this quiet, solitary girl

Very eloquent. This poem deserves more credit. :)
