The Truth
By pureevil8
Planted so gentle within the purest soul, All wrapped up in little white lies,
Is a malicious malcontent, And soon the soul will die.
But does anyone notice this monstrous act? Of course not,
Because no one cares, I see people dying around me
Walking corpse in disguise, Aimlessly they wonder,
I can see into their hollow eyes.
It is a society of bigots and heretics, A society that no longer cares to care,
Hope has become a thing of the past, So forgotten that when spoken it is a hollow word,
It’s always hard when you find the truth, You never want to believe it at first,
But the truth is… evil will always win. So I say this to all of you,
All of you self-righteous good will always win people…You are wrong.

Occam's Razor - the simplest explanation is usually the best one. Great imagery!
