Anon

By Poe Etiquette

I search for her in mourning light,
And by the wistful moon at night,
I seek for her in ev'ry tomb,
The resting place of my Anon

And under mountains void of peak,
For my death and love i seek,
Though her face I do despise,
I can not help but heed her cries

She would give me an eternal rest,
Beneath her skin of stars carress'd,
And though I can'st release life's grasp,
i see her hand on shadow's past

I know she calls me home for her,
Earth's dewey depths I must defer,
For how can I refuse myself,
The essence of my mortal health

So I search for her alone,
Wishing still that she be-gone,
For as my eyes wander on and on,
They dampen my face for my Anon
