Newton's Law

By charliebrown

Newton's Law pulls all things down
Regardless of weight or height.
And Edison warmed the winter's cold
And to darkness gave us light.

Columbus, they argue, discovered this land
With three little ships on the sea,
And without the help of Sigmund's words,
The hes would all be shes.

Now you my lady have broken the rules
And brought to life my soul,
As few can claim such a feat,
My broken heart, now whole.

Not only have I learned more from this poem than a semester of high school, I actually really enjoyed reading it. This is the cutest thing I've read in quite some time. Thank you
