The contemplations of a fragile fake

By Miztaken4beauty

You asked me one thing,
And caught me off guard.
Shattered my pretenses,
like a house or cards.

At an arms length,
I hold the world.
I'm such a fake,
and fragile girl.

But I know this game,
I've played it before,
I'm far too tired,
and my heart's still sore.

[But I guess I surrender]

...and the master
Becomes the slave,
[ Maybe ]
The hero,
Needs to be saved.

[save me?]
