She Who Walks

By Wiccad

 She who walks beside me
The one who cannot be controlled
I yearn for you though we've never met
Your anger and mine are forever entwined
We feel together like one in the same
Yet to this day I know not  your name
You have walked beside me many a night
Just you and I dreaming of a brighter light
Kicking loose stones and taking in air
Pungent with earth rot and pine scented breeze
I feel you grab at my neck and give it a squeeze
Hinting to me the things I soon will regret
You control my movements and have no respect
Waiting for the moment we two can disappear
As we move closer to the raging rivers clear
I feel you pushing, I scream but no one hears the call
One more deep breathe before we take the final fall
Our bodies bleed together, stinking of sin
Weightless, then floating, then plunging in
She who walks beside me, forever we will be
Caught in this nightmare......and then there were three.
