Double Helix (Life on Acid)

By DIATRICUS

There was a dark light
In the pale blue sky
And I saw it shed a black tear
Entrancing me,
Beckoning me,
Beseeching that I draw near

Shut out the light
of despair from my eyes
Shut out the sights
Of this world so sublime!

I had myself a peaceful time
No distant warning come alive,
The bell won't toll until it's done
There's no escape--
My mind is one

Manifest, the rage within
resistant fires lighted
I am
Maliciously Vicious,
Abstract, and
Cited

Death swallows me
Peace follow me
Absence becomes me
Silence remembers me...

It is a good viewpoint to see the world as a dream. When you have something like a nightmare, you will wake up and tell yourself that it was only a dream. It is said that the world we live in is not a bit different from this.
