speak through the
fortunate men on television
of those things

infecting

with false
hope and spirituality,

'Genies'
on the streets
offer a synthetic happiness
to soothe the day's hardships
and set the
soul on fire,
trading for a piece of mind,
infecting
the children of mankind
with false
strength and courage,
and addicting.

Be not mistaken
'tis quite forsaken--
for those who now echo below
the fields
of the red-stained grain,
do yet feel
the innocence
of that cold
unholy laughter...

once again.
