Turn the Page

Turn the page
Leather bound
Paper on paper
Word on word
The building blocks of life
The story's complete
All the plots solved
Yellowed with crisp age
The musty smell of knowledge
The pungent oder of validity
Hard cover
Thirty years old
An eldar in its kind
Love the works of works of Love
The fire flickers its redemtion
The flames lick the air
A serpent
Tasting the words on the page
The pages curl

This is great. Any text about text is a favorite text of mine. This is a wonderful ode-esk piece that fittingly flows from end to end. Well written. Write on. Scholar
