dream, dream, dream me a pleasant story in perfect harmony

By heroineyes

the drone of frail traffic
deafened day dreams
along the interstate.

and they say,
"the sky's only as
bright as you make it"

overhead, the overcast
heavens sing that
you walk on the wings
of the wind...turning,
guiding, driving me.

it's not we that we love
the darkness; we just
hate their half-light.

a kiss from the sun
to try again, the sky's
only as bright as you make it.

[all i can offer
is a heart
that is hurting
(that's all i have,
You're all i want)]

so don't wait for tomorrow;
Darling, raise Your voice tonight!

Love transcends:

s p a c e

t i m e

and even

d
e
a
t
h.

so don't wait for tomorrow;
Darling, raise Your voice tonight!

an abandoned grave bathes
softly in the moonlight.

and we walk on the
wings of the wind.

Absolutely gorgeous and marvelously artistic, my Dove. I embrace it with thankfulness, and return the love it expresses even more.
