- "This is one of the best things I have ever read. So perfectly human and real and vulnerable. That is how I think of death...The remains and who the people you love become, half the Hurt for me is knowing that is all that is left. I have so infrequently read something that feels like it is written from my own thoughts and emotions. Heart wrenchingly familiar...I read this when you first posted but...couldn't seem to manage to say what this made me feel. I still don't think I have...but this is perfect to me"

Percival's father, the mortician, had to prepare his wife's body for the funeral, and as spirals dance so Percival fared the same fate with his only love...roll on, roll on...yes...but her face will live on, when death fades from your mind you will remember who she was, not what lack has drawn of her.
