  • ""As my bones, Once full of marrow; And my heart, Once surely pumping." this ending was lovely. "

  • ""This weight deceives like ghosts." I don't know how I've never read your work... but your imagery is next level ."

  • "I am exceedingly appreciative of your feedback, as always. What a nice suggestion! I just changed my major from nursing back to where my heart lies and has always lied (English/creative studies!), but as far as clear cut career paths, I am undulating with the tide. Children's lit is definitely something I'll consider. I hope you're well, dear poet friend. "

  • "I think this is my favorite one so far, Bev! Holy you-know-what . . . love the rhyming, love the sensual airs & more than any of that, the word choice. "Whorls" is fabulous, and I can't even communicate to you how simple yet elegant this one was...Come live with me to write bedtime stories and lullabies--nightmares will be a thing of the past! In all seriousness, experimenting with Children's Literature might be something that absolutely works for you, Bev . . . you've got all the twisted ideas of the Brothers Grim, but you're so imaginative and enchanting that you could spin out some really sick fairy tales if you ever tried to play around them...."

  • "You have painted a vivid picture utilizing a wonderful and vast vocabulary. My favorite phrase; "At dusk, they sway like patio furniture" This piece has been inspirational. Thank you for the read."

  • "Before even commenting, I clicked the favorite button. To you, I can only interpret in minimal ways how this feels. To myself, this speaks, no, screams, truth at me. Every thing tucked away into silky corners of darkness floods its way out of the bloodstream of lies. This forces me to look at the truth. Well writ. "

  • "You've done it again, Bev! Everything those precious fingers touch turn to gold, or silver, or to cite the genius writer's penchant for the elements here, "transuranium." Love the deep, sterile depths you bring to this work, someone managing to weave bitterness and flatline resignation into a work that evokes images that flash only in gray and white. You do wonderful, enchanting works that are unrealistically unattainable for even the most seasoned poets. Surely you've been sprinkled with fairy dust, Bev, for it can't be your blood, sweat, and tears that create such ethereal beauty every single time. You're really a special, enviable, and sincerely devoted author in every single form. Reading you is like sailing a rocking ship down calm waters . . . completely disconcerting and undeniably intriguing."

  • "Title compelling, the poet never lets me down. Yet again, words drop to the canvas with pristine bits of truth that hold our disconnected thoughts in contempt..... It is said that if one speaks to God he is deemed religious. Though if God speaks back to him he is psychotic.....Much in the same way 12 hours and 10 doors later.... earning a living this way..... mimics the hellish sound of institution, that conflict in the fading footsteps to some silent protest for the distribution of gratitude.....Yet there are those we have anointed as saints who've done it merely out of compassion. • "Bev, you're back (to put us out of our misery-slash-poetic-withdrawal). Let's see here . . . "bathe in wispy silver clouds, billowing from parted lips that kiss / inflated, elated, our feet transcend weight." The way you weave nature, elements, and precious metals into your work is astounding. Why can't you sell day-passes to the fairyland you live in, Bev? I'd upgrade to VIP . . . but now I can sleep tonight with the moonlit agility of a woman in the clouds . . . 10/10; as always, you never fail to surprise me with your range and indefatigable awareness and perception of true love . . . and the truth of all it entails. Your cryptic words are truly art that spur soul-searching and reflection that knows no bounds. Such gifts have been bestowed upon you--use them wiselyyy"

  • "Speaks volumes to me about limitations. Undaunted by my own, I find I can be courageously resolute in my own difficulties, yet the even the most foible flaw in another paralyzes me to the core. Could it be my masochist is out of the closet? Perhaps one day. Superlative write !!!"
