- "I'm bipolar, and while the meds help some, they seem to cause other problems as well. I'm managing okay by boosting myself out of depression with caffeine -coffee is good for me cuz of the tannin anyway- but its not enough. It makes me swing manic most of the time with meds. I understand the frustration."
