  • "...I like the fairy tale references, the frailty of such. tomorrow will be what it will be, let's enjoy today's gifts... "

  • "classic finish! commitment is it seems quite an issue with many couples. guess it takes a certain level of maturity to make that decision...(I don't want to be alone so i better make that choice now) kinda thing i guess. :)"

  • ""I tried to detach from embedded transgressions to remind myself of the impermance here " i apologize for the lack of comment, but this says a lot, and touches me deeply, thank you, i know how this feels"

  • "I feel inclined to hate you. You are beautiful, intelligent, and a poetry magician. Unfortunately instead of hating you I find myself wanting to sneak into your dreams and steal your thoughts. This is amazing as per usual."

  • "I read this almost every day, I've been resisting adding it to faves because I have most your diabolically written beauty bookmarked as it is... But I cannot resist longer..."

  • "or maybe... the photograph is needed to discover some semblance of real... something that restores to words a description that is beyond sepia, beyond b/w and two-tone... and enriches with all the colors not of the eye... but of the world it wishes to see... "

  • "a painting... maybe, more so than a photograph... would be more inventive? something that captures more than a perspective, but a way of seeing that is beyond technology and rooted in techne, the original crafting that produced photography, maybe. donated and trashed... such remnants are all that remain.... charity is always beside the discarded. and words... are they not given too oft without being gifts... and discarded daily. thoughtful, and much enjoyed. thanks."

  • "I love how this perceives that almost no words can describe what is needed at the end... To be similar but not the same almost the other half...."

  • "the persona here... this 'I'... this character, maybe, who seeks beyond skin, as if seeing the world from within words...and longs to uplift this fading one... aged too soon, lived too long... who drifts between worlds without home, nor hope... without that which provides meaning to words... and that life for which we always long... is this character not one who has found the strength of confidence, of self, of rising above and directing a future that does not fester, or wallow within what could have been? I like that last image, and the sincerity, the becoming, the question of being with, that is expressed within the first couple stanzas... reminds me of some of the terminology found in heidegger... of being one's becoming... much enjoyed, thanks :)"

  • "'Everything that I am is a mirage of a fading man- only the mirage before the real water in me is found' ... really? ... I particularly like the closing lines also... very well done "
