The Succubi Promise
By LadyMalice
I thrive on the anticipation
She licks my wounds with her
Cold, bitter tongue
Full of sacrifice and regret
She spills forth her lies
I catch them on my lips
For no kiss is small enough to waste
The taste of her consumes me
She is empty; apathetic; intriguing
She lets me know
She is using me
Trying to fill the emptiness
So many have left her with
They take and never give
Till she is hollow
Alone to carry the burden of her sin
Only a child but
Aged to perfection
Nothing compares to the blue of her eyes
Always burning with nostalgia
A past best forgotten
She is filled with a childlike violence
Full of elegant rage and passion
I shiver at her touch
The rush, almost too much to bare
She whispers imperfection
Its more than the innocence of her eyes
Or the rot of her heart
That makes me need her
Our fingers entwine
Her passion escapes into me
I am powerless to stop her
In the rapture that she plays upon me
She speaks those three little words...
"One More Time."
