Introspection

By Winter Born

My brain is on fire
my emotions dark
This memory needs
but a single spark

Something of a child
(Is he mine?)
Playing oon swings
In some bright Park

Gay colors
Happy designs
A child alone
wonders if he'll ever find

A father
A family
A friend...

Mother is calling
Time to go home
Playtime is over
No more to roam.

Daddy is a soldier
And he is never home
Mommy's at work
So he's always alone.

(Fuck! He's mine...)
(What have i done?)
(Sacrificed my family)
(What have I become?)
(Left them behind.)
(to save people I don't even like...)
(Fuck....)
