This galaxy that spins in motion is motionless to me.

By Armor for your life

“All I talk about is the past.
Like my lungs
Are flooded with ghosts.”

With dead tongues
And stars pumping through our veins.
We let the sky take hold of us.
[We were so close]
But you were shaking far too much.

“Don’t go”
I whispered softly
But you were already too far gone.
And I’m so far down
That I don’t think you can get to me.

The reflection in my eyes
Still holds the image
Of your final walk away from here.
[Beautiful curves becoming one with the horizon]
