Smile in the Dark (I Only Smile in the Dark)

By Fading_Smile

The substance of your soft promises
always filled the void of
my hairline fractured heart

when our deadweight romance
rested on eachother's smiles
we blew out every candle

the fire in your eyes
is more than enough

Your name spelled in scars
and constellations of stars
I'd pull the moon closer
to distract you from my arms

But the clouds selfishly took
the sky away from us

and for once I hoped love was blind

*I just fell to the floor!* Damn Blake, you always make my heart stop for a second, and leave me at a loss for words, and breath! Love truly is feeling & not seeing. Beautiful! Julia~
