blade

By Father_Faust

with heart pounding
exitement mounting
I pulled back the blade
I twisted my wrist
to let her see
the knife glint
in my eyes
I'm sure she read
my intent
filled her with dread
she begged to pray
the whispered request
the last thing
to pass her lips
