Truth

By Aethelwyne

Into this life, we children give in
Seduced by poison
Beckoned by sin

We slit into our souls that bleed through each song
Turning nightmares so real
Not knowing what went wrong

Embracing the most beautiful darkness, we find
That touching the truth
Means loosing our minds

By living our lives, our graves we reap
For doing what is right
We're being put to sleep

I suck at comments, but this is amazing. You are the best, and there's a reason we're best friends. You're the best ever.♥

Bravo, indeed. You are amazing, Sarah. Quiet and elusive, but amazing all the same.
