Sans

By TornPaperDoll

The thoughts that fall into my hands
Are very hard to hold.
The real feelings fall down my cheek
And they are very cold.
This chill that wraps my body
Tells me your warmth is nowhere near,
And that I am the only one
That is standing here.
I want, need, hope to move on,
But it seems an unobtainable task
And taking a breath
Is just too much to ask.
But I’m lying to myself
And saying that I’m fine
Who is it that I’ll turn to now
When I feel I’ve lost my mind?
When my puzzle piece fits
But it’s not quite the right hue
Who will I have to turn
Now that I’m without you?

Wow, Amanda. Another masterpiece. You always seem to catch the exact feelings and emotions in what you are writing with the words you choose. Another awesome post. Great Job! ~Josh~
