the tip off my finger nail
scratches at my arm
the pain is more intense
the hurt all the sudden dispates
the saddness that I feel is gone
this use to be an every day thing
its a disease that wont go away
the thought is always on my mind
even now that I dont cry all the time
the urge is not so bad
I geuss ive gained the control back
hiding the cuts
is harder than not doing at all
but last month i couldnthelp myself
the way I see it I dont cut I dig
