What is Love?
By Shewolf
What is Love?
It is Nothing
But that which chains us
To another’s Heart, another’s Soul.
It is that which gives Another
The power to Hurt and Destroy.
Why must I Love you?
Why does my Heart betray me
Leading me down the path of Agony
Where you will slaughter my Emotions

Around my Heart
Ripping it from my Breast.

Why do I willingly give my Heart
When I know that it will be Destroyed?
Why must I keep Hoping
That someone will Love me
For who I am
Instead of in spite of ?
