Curse from the Sky

By Ablebody Peckawood

In the fiery depths of hades we found each other.
We embraced!
We made new sin as the gods frowned upon our love
We burned!
But it felt so good. As our lust devoured us, and we consecrated upon our final demise.
We rejoiced!
As the flames purged us of our skin, revealing our bleached white bones. We awaited reprisal from the sky.
We laughed!
Endlessly as the earth shook, and the wrath of the gods exiled the world of all mankind.
