Heaven Or Hell

By MidniteBlaze

So it happens again
Bye bye yet again
Except it affects my heart no more
You have done all the damage I am going to take
I stand up now
I remove my own heartache
Caused by you and your actions
Because you say you love me…

I bid farewell to you
Because I refuse to suffer for you anymore
I bring you up
I drive your spirits high
I take you with me to a personal heaven
With you however it is the complete opposite
You bring me down
You crush my self-confidence
And drag me through the fiery pits of hell

I still care for you and all
But I will not be tormented
Nor will I be compared to others out there
You crossed the line honey
I wanted to give you what you wanted and so much more
No longer do I cry when you are not with me
I leave you to be on your own yet again

Over and over
You love me
I love you too
Forget about it
No focus will I have on what clearly is not there
Your actions clearly speak out
And tell me how you really feel
So your words wont quite do it for me anymore
I know we can both be happy
I know we can live our own personal heaven
Instead of being in a living hell

We cannot live these fantasies together
So just leave us be
You do your thing
And I will do mine
Quit the act
Do not toy with the heart
If you do not feel
Do not say
Unfortunately it has to be this way

Heaven or hell
It is your choice
Just know I have already made mine
