the game

By Nuada

the hold on your heart was Ironclad
even to beliving that nasty lie
told about me....
I felt so disheartened and used
to the point of killing that fool....
cutting his neck and seeing
blood spill on the floor
as his life
went the way of the dodo....
mabey making him tell the truth
and asking why?
why would you think of such an absurd
lie?
should have rembmered wizards first rule
but me.....
once again I played the fool
nothing but a gamepiece on the board
to be used for convienince
and discarded at leisure
I understand now though
it was a way to get even a way to get back
that is what hurts the most however
to be used like that.....
its done now though and
the lesson learned.
Never to be used
again, a pawn in someone elses game.
its easy to do...
at this point I refuse to play
the game anymore
