Loss

By Draven

Why do we hold things near?
when we know they are only going to dissappear
this world is full of false pretences
numbing all of our senses
The agony of loss is too much to bear
if only we could find someone to share
the pain of regret is all to simular
as if we could go so far
to find love again
and take away the pain
is something that cannot be done
because we are forever destined to be one
alone with no one there
all alone with our dispare
