~WHIRLPOOL OF MADNESS~

By Zhee

(complex PTSD)

Crushed, the wretched mind
Blatant catharsis raves,
Buried memories exhumed
Defile their repressed graves.

[Embrace the caustic wounds
Bleeding fire within your eye,
Visions scratching out your soul
Till you can’t even cry…]

Scarred, the sensual perception
Mirages of terror ignites,
Hurtled in chasms of lunacy
Consummates crucifying rites.

[Wear the noose of anguish
Plundering hands decorously tie,
Bleeding on the sacrificial altar
That was made to watch you die…]
.
.
.
.
.
~bathing in acrid tears,
break the spell of desecration
holding you prisoner -
in this whirlpool of madness~
