i walk into the night

By boundandfallen

once again i feel the pain
as i walk into the night
and i step aside to let the cloak unfold

i sleep away the day
as i sleep away my life
as i walk all alone into the night

i use sex to hide the pain
and i feel all alone
i'm waiting for a new life to unfold

i walk into the night
and i fade into the shadows
a new day is comming i can feel it
no one can see my soul

i am all alone and i feel free
i am all alone and i feel fine as
all alone i walk into the night
i am sick of feeling so alone
all alone and running out of time

agreed, this would work really well as lyrics for a song. Touched with sadness and moves well. Nicely done

Yes. Definately could be a song. I think this would sound great with an acoustic guitar or even piano accompanyment. I loved the overall "feel" to this. Great work.
