My Rose

By Tangent Ponderings

My rose
My rose
How do I see
But you are so perfect to me

Hair of gold
And eyes of blue
My heart
It beats for you

You are my angel
Without you i part
With nothing more
Than a broken heart

My rose
My rose
Why can't you see
I am whomever you want me to be

So i'll sit
And i'll wait
And my time
will escape

Your hair is still gold
Eyes still sapphires
But I lie
In a puddle of blood

As I lie in my fate
Not a mistake
My rose
My rose, Goodbye
