Light of Love
By a restless wanderer
True friends are one of life's rarest treasures. I've moved around most
of my life, always new places, new people. Most are just acquaintances,
co-workers, buisness associates, people you pass on the street. You smile
and nod, and go on with your life. But then, every rare once in a while,
someone will see you. They will take your hand and carry you to a higher
place where you throw away the masks you wear for the world and, for that
wonderful moment, you are truly happy.
In my world of darkness,
only clouds I see.
Shadows of the past,
haze of things to be.
I carry what I can
and try to bring it through.
For fear that it should die,
I pass it on to you.
So long I've stayed alone,
I knew the light would fade.
But glory even here,
with you, the light has stayed...

This is very motivational. Inspiration poured from the words like rain from clouds. Write on.

I felt a great history to this peice... Like looking into the past and seeing so much that cant be understood... Very Good... Could be a great beginning to a book or a heading type thing for a chapter....
