rainbow socks with the individual toes

By theBAC

(or the enthralling beauty i know)

i long to taste your chocolate eyes
and smell your coconut skin
toss cares into the wind
catch them
and put them back in our minds

find a dandelion and blow it
through the air
watch them catch the breeze
and mix with the uncaught cares

let me kiss your dew-drop lips
moist from the cold morning
moist from looking at me

grab my hand and squeeze it
inhale the pollen
exhale the joy
you are my lovely girl
and i’m your lovestruck boy

Such a beautiful collection of metaphors. A really tender, sweet piece. Loved it. ~L

awwww too cute. A lovely flow, though I'm torn with "i long to taste your chocolate eyes"... a beautiful description, but I can't help thinking 'ewwww, licking eyes!'. If you've ever done this by accident, you'll know what I mean. :) Fox
