what do you think you would find?
if this life was like a looking glass mirror
could you see through my mind?

would you try to stop them right away?
if you could see the crimson blood dripping deep red

if you could see the images produced in my dreams
would you classify them as nightmares and nothing more?
if you could see my world is nothing as what it seems
would you help me before i fall to the floor?

if you saw everyone around me withdrawing away from me
would you follow them or would you stay behind?

if you noticed that my eyes were silently screaming
would you ignore me when i said everything is fine?
if you looked deep enough, past the eyes that are deceiving
would you continue to pursue your search crossing over this deadly line?

for someone who could come along and make it all better.
