There's A Girl

By xX pretty vacant Xx

there's a girl sitting crying
with nowhere left to hide
all she wants is to get away
all she wants is to fly
but there's nowhere left to run to
and reality is harsh
there's nowhere left to go now
as her whole world falls apart

there's a girl gazing wide eyed
as you take her by the hand
and she's not sure why she does this
her only reason is, she can
and she doesn't want to end this
cos she's oh so rock n roll
she doesn't know that she can't turn back
she doesn't know she's lost control

there's a girl staring through you
with her goddess in her arm
and she doesn't feel it hurting
cos she's so numb and free from harm
but pretty soon she'll have to wake up
for every pleasure, there's a pain
and it's hell when she's without it
there's no one there to take the blame

so there's a girl sitting crying
with nowhere left to hide
all she wants is to end this
now she knows that she can't fly
there's not a magic left to numb her
and reality is harsh
there's not a soul left who can help her
and so she's left to fall apart...

Sad and melancholy, it was a beautiful depiction of the horror... Beautiful in the sense that the words captured a feeling and flowed with it...Excellent!
