Broken

By RetalicD

Broken branches,
of a tree...
fuzzy, faces...
unclear to me.

Painfully imprinted.
genetically strand.
tracing illusions...
alone being banned!
Helplessly hoping a final breath ?
timorously taunting wishing for death!

In the beginning Im imaging a cute llittle lonely branch and then you illustrate a fear and profound tension that changes the picture quite a bit. Love it!

A verbose, yet raw-knit quilt with an almost fractured cadence, the rhythm was seamless and I liked the use of ellipses to create pause, giving more weight to each line. Well written, please, enjoy your stay. Scholar
