Beautifully Tormented

By A poet of madness

I read your poems
I glimpse your soul
The soul you hide
more often than not

A constant game
Of peek a boo
You are Tormented
I stand by

Waiting
Watching
Waiting

If you fall
I will catch you
I look into your eyes
I see nebulae
A cosmos I will never understand

With each glimpse
I fall more in love
And with each glimpse
I hope you start to heal
You are not your past
Remember that
I forget it myself

Remember
You
Are
Loved

Such a heartfelt tribute particularly to someone who can invoke such feeling and emotion.

So heartfelt, very beautiful. I especially love the lines, "I look into your eyes, I see nebulae, a cosmos I will never understand." Scholar
